the guy I sold my deuce to last oct had the same issue back then too...

It wont go down over rust IIRC My deuce bed also has some srust and what I cant take off w/a sander I am going to leave and coat the whole bed w/Rustolem red Rust inhibitor primer and that should stop rust and create a sticky surface for the herculiner to bond to/with

Good idea!!! I dont like my jug to be too tight into my exaust stack....I like to shoot it off when I start up the truck (the dog likes to chase it across the yard)
