Parts Pick up last Thursday......
Thanks Jeff, the 3 color camo soft top and frame are in great shape and I appreciate the fact that you accomodated my schedule while I passing through.......
TOPS, Bows, Batteries, lights, seats anything in good working condition that is easily removeable. Turbos are easy, winch parts are great but are a little more difficult to remove. Window glass is A BIGGIE! And relatively easy to remove. Sounds like fun!

When I called 18 months ago, the girl could't figure out how to write up a policy on my tagged Farm Vehicle. Even after advising her this was a military vet itself, she advised that they didn't have an application. I too advised that they cover all my insurance needs and they should be able to...
Nicely written Sir, thank you for sharing and serving. I also felt the rubber band effect and as you have written in the epiloge, I guess I too will have to consider my duece as the next best thing to owning my own bird.......Welcome home, all of you that served in S.E. Asia. You have always...
Would you be willing to P/U ? If so, what would you charge me? It is a tan steel box measuring 48" X 48" X 84" long. Weighs about 385lbs. Sides actually will fold in and the "box" would measure 8" tall X 48" X 84" long, when collapsed. I bought it to hold an MEP003 Gen Set that I plan to place...
Is anyone near New Mexico that might be able to pick up general freight from Albe. N.M. AFB and hold it for me until I can hook up transport to east coast? Palletized Box weighing approx 385lbs......
My Charlie model came with a D and when I picked up an older M35 that had a C Whistler on it I was hooked. After about a thousand miles, I now understand the practicality of the D over the "headache maker". Okay, It sure does sound great on rides less than an hour or so. No noticable power up...
Adam surely enjoyed it! He was in convoy behind PandCTransport driver Pete, and I was able to ride shotgun and get some pictures of the ride through the mountains.
That bobbed 5ton is a cool truck. I've seen some of your other work as well. His front brakes are pulling to the left when...
Timely information. I was just going over an M105A2 I picked up at Meade and realized the same has happened to the right side line......Thanks for asking the question Kaiser M109
240 miles and 7 hours in the truck to the Lodge on Saturday, about 54miles on Sunday afternoon to the farm in Luray, and finally 110 miles on my motor scooter back to Alexandria, man I am whooped. I'll look for the pics to postasap. Thanks to Cabell for the hospitality, and to everyone that made...
Change of route plan:
Heading west from the ocean off route 50, I am going to take the southern route around D.C. and link up with Skypilot13 off I-95 in Lorton Va., cross PWC towards Manassas and pick up route 66 west. My eta to Lorton will be around 0730. Gainesville, Va. around 0930 and...
JR.....you'll have to ask Madawg or CGARBEE about the details. I cannot help but think that you would be able to register at the gate......I am staying Saturday Night and possibly, quite possibly, Sunday Night though I will most likely be over the mountain into the next valley west, visiting...
Agreed. Both are workable solutions. I have received guidance from Bkuba on what m16 ty has identified, and what Recovery 4X4 has stated. My first 250 mile trip to Delaware from Virginia turned up a discharging Genorator. A quick coaching call to Bruce helped me keep moving. I picked up a couple...
JR.....You need to change camping sites for the family and BRING thattruck up from Va. Beach! Stay the weekend here in the Blue Ridge! What year is the beach tan?
Eta
My ETA from the east leg, (I-66) approximately 1130hrs. I am looking forward to meeting Skypilot13 in Gainesville @ 1000hrs. He is planning on leaving Lorton Virginia around 0900.
Sorry Guys, must of sprung a few parts trying to copy that map to the thread....Any one heading west for this event from Maryland? Sharpen those grease pencils and write the directions on your windscreen.........
