So you can sun tan and rotate to stay with the sun all day. DUH!
Thank him for his service, and ditto to you for raising a fine upstanding young man.
I saw many of those wreckers sitting in Charleston, SC waiting to be shipped. Looked like very handy pieces of equipment!
I'm glad the normal chat room doesn't have sound, then we could have just called everyone instead of typing to each other!
I'm REALLY glad that the video chat isn't there yet, for when PB is there... ;-)
I have been having the same issue all day, also I have to keep adjusting my monitor to see the chat button, otherwise it is blocked by the search window.
yes, a normal pump from any Dodge with that same engine (think 1950-1960 range) will bolt on and work, just won't have the vacuum pump.
I don't have a top of any sort for mine, so I just won't drive it in the rain. lol. However my pump works great, the fuel side and the vacuum side.
That's the only reason I've gotten away with it barely charging all these years, is that all my trailers are LED.
I've got to get it fixed now though, as the batteries no longer hold enough charge to start it due to the low charge voltage for so long.
Nope, I think your breaker in the light switch is faulty, or you have a large draw somewhere. I had the same issue with my first deuce. If I ran the convoy lights and the headlights, everything would trip off after awhile, and I would have to wait and they would come back on.
Does it only do it...
Welcome to the site!
I'm just to the SE of Columbia, and have many workhorses/toys.
I'm still thinking of having a SC meet and great sometime next year, would be great if you could make it.
Definitely shoot for coming to the GA rally, and if you want to ride along/drive something to Haspin...
If you run into trouble or need a place to crash, I am along I-20 in Columbia, SC, which would be on your route to Bragg I think.
Good luck and drive safe!
My truck also does this. After driving back from the GA rally this year, with my lightbar running, the truck barely had enough power to start after shut off. I believe my alt is not working correctly. I am going to change out the regulator, and see if that fixes it, if not, it is total alt...
