Im hopeing with nicer weather lately, some are getting out and seeing and working on projects again. Maybe someone has something laying around they would be willing to part with.
Thanks

Im also looking for the wiring harnesses that go to this same type of connection.
The way I understand it is there are two harnesses for this specific connection, one that plugs to the tow vehicle, then plugs to the center of the bracket, to another harness which then goes to the lights on...
Im looking for a drivers side brake handle for a 1952 M101. Its the flat style the go parralel across the front of the trailer.
I have sent emails to most of the parts sources listed here and no one has even sent anything back saying no dont have it, or drop dead.
Does anyone have a 101...
Ah, ok. Makes sense. It did give me the idea for my 101 though. But instead of going all the way across the trailer, I checked mine and I can stay the width of the wheel well on the one side and not loose any space down the center of of the trailer.
The only other problem I'll hafta work out...
Truthfully I always wanted a M101 instead with the sides at the time... In general it was just a hair wide for my application (older, narrow Cummins powered Land Cruiser wagon), and it was a hair heavy. But otherwise it wheeled really well and I loved it...
Nick also very cool... Sounds...
Im going to do the same with my M101, however leaving it mostly as is. So im getting some good ideas from your project.
Im going to just use the cargo cover, gates and bows as the tent cover. But i was wondering about other camping realted stuff and how and where to put it all. But since I...
So is that the same for M101's too?? I ask cuz when I got mine, the wood was to the outside....
But now that I think of it..... It does make more sense to be to the inside..
Bows are on ebay now, Item number: 110365896887
There was a camo tarp but its gone now.
I posted once before of the name on my 101 tarp, www.gmacover.com
When I bought my 101, I pulled it 520 miles from Oleans, Ca home to Visalia. I pulled it behind my Dodge Dakota Quad cab.
Even with the tires that were one it and the condition of the hitch, (I probably shoulda never done it for the distance), I never even knew the trailer was there. No squat...
Well I was out tinkering on my trailer just a little bit ago, and I noticed something on the cover I have. Its the rubberized vinyl one.
On the front left corner, near the tie down, it says "GMA Cover Corp". it even has a web address, www.gmacover.com
I'm sure there are alot of you that...
When I did my 52 M101, thats exactly how DMV did it. They wouldnt register it without seeing it, so they looked on the data plate and used the numbers off it. I didnt even hafta do a SF 97, they got all the info off the data plate. They also used a number welded on the a frame as an id number...
