6 mpg stock is what you can expect (i get 12 with my 318) as for durability YOU CANT BEAT THEM i have yet to finde a way to kill a m37 and i have hit a few cars/trucks lol
ok i got my new master cylinder and i will install it in a few days then ill be in good shape lol
i have one thing to say tho....THIS THING IS HUGE!!! lol by comparison i mean. does it help with breaking power or is it the same?
if you just want a driver that looks cool then the first one is your truck. if you want an all stock prize winner then the 2nd truck is the truck for you. now if you are just looking for a truck you can paint up and drive it around then i would go with the first one the stock axles will do fine...
i could rebuild the one i have and have it sleeved but i wanted a duel one but i wasn't shore if anyone had done it (well everything has been done but i wanted to get pix) thanks maxim those are great
M37 master cylinder updates
Has anyone put an after market master cylinder in there m37?
I want one that I can put in the stock place but I want a new master cylinder
you just have to know how to "work" napa. walk in and look for the oldest guy there and ask him. that's how i do it and they actually know that you can take parts from one truck and use them for an other lol
looks good to me but the only thing that makes my truck different it the drive Tran so i still have a hard time seeing what makes my truck less military? the military changed the motors in the m35 when they became the m35a2. so whats the difrance? its still a military truck its just not stock is...
If a motor swap makes a truck a worthless bastard then I would rather have a worthless basterd I can use than a trailer queen that sits in a shop with no dignity:driver:.
yes i would say so. there looks to be NO rust, the custom rims alone will run you 800-1000 bucks, the orignal rims are there too, and from the looks of things it looks to be a good job on modification (but pix can hide stuff). so ya i would go for it
axles will be fine as long as you don't drive like a nut. but yes they are the weakest link on this truck but that's just the shafts that are week. as for the yellow...well that just meant it was a brush truck.
buy something other than a Shi++y...i mean Chevy. lol i would rewire it but that's just me. for a dd you might want to just do an overhaul of the motor. there is a reason they are sold with only 6000 miles on them lol
