I would have to say I would lit it in its original MILITARY form better, But it does look like the builder dis pretty decent work (from what I can see) and I bet it was a heck of a LOT of work to do this conversion, I think its pretty neat if you buy it please post pics of the motor and...
Sorry about the NO pics, I have been here long enough to know better! Next week i will be posting ALL the pics of the entire restoration on the truck and I will make sure to have plenty of the interior flooring, it turned out really nice! SO please be patient and I should have them up by next...
My Deuce was purchased out of Iowa, interior in normal condition, NO in cab heater and the hard top was bowed in from people standing on it, the truck ran great, I drove it home and everything worked as advertised, Good batteries and fluids were all good. Tires were around 90% good, I have...
I live in ND, and yes WE DO get a fair amount of snow, I drove my trcuk in the snow last year and the dualed stock tires in the rear are OK AT BEST, keep the tire pressure in the 20 to 25 pound range in the rear and an additional 5K pounds in the bed will help, in snow they are OK on anythiing...

Mike I have a 71 M35A2 that I have restored from stem to stern, I also have a 08 Z-06 Corvette, I drive and enter the Deuce in more shows than the car and I cannot agree more the truck draws people in like a magnet and its a lot more fun to talk about than the car is!

Seriously WHY take a chance? spread it out on your gravel road to keep the dust down and put Diesel in the tank, NO worries or questions need to be asked what the results of THAT will be!!

As far as my comment on tire size being TO BIG for a Deuce I apologize will be the first to admit my mistake, I think the size of the 5 ton truck they were on threw me off a bit. Being corrected on this I learned a lot and they not only fit but look might nice on a Deuce! Thanks all and I...
I have always wanted to get a 5 ton and since my Deuce project is finishing up in the next week or so I started looking at trucks AND I called the state DOT (ND) I ran into exactly the same 26K MAGIC NUMBER, I have not looked into it any further yet, but ton the other hand maybe this is the...
Well lets go find one the "JUST VIEW" and if it looks to good to pass up we can deal with these "SMALL" incidentals after that! First thing First! My wife once told me before I buy another plane she needs to have a BIG diamond on her hand, Darn I did miss her for a while! That goes away...
