I always Liked the the step that ford came up with in 1987 for there trucks. it was attached to the bottom of the door and the body,sort of half moon thing, mor or less concealed
I have been searching for Ideas for battery relocation, I like Devilman's Idea of relocating them under the body above the rear pumkin. If some got a better or crazier please post it . I going to have to move them do to mods. thanks in advance
Heat the oil to 110 to 125 ( that a spring day in AL) the water will separtate form the oil, drain the water off the bottom. I let you figure out the mechanics
you got to do the big swap out, bascially you have to make the new motor llook like the old one. swap the water pump, the glow plugs , and the fuel solenoid ect.. do what westy says he types quicker
Gimp I got, fire hose aplenty out here it in the barn by the door to the right. I have use a stainless steel strap for installing water main unhung from bridge decks they come various lengths would be perfect, imo. I have ordered them from fergusson pipe, they are about 30 bucks apiece.
mine was doing that very same thing found a cathoid diaode thingy broken in half Warthog gave me the part Number I recharge the battery and installed the electronic thngy and runs starts ect..
