The complete frame was sand blasted and coated by itself. The transmission x-member was done by itself. All of the bolt on brackets were removed and done separately. Jeremy and his guys at Powder & Protective Coatings of Texas here in Dallas has done all my blasting and baking.
I installed the upper plug so that while filling i can watch the original fill access port for proper level prior to it making a mess. Just me being anal.

It is a stock chevy tach from a late 1970 series truck. It works great using the Dakota interface. Fyi in my M1009
2750 rpm is 70mph indicated. 68-69 on my digital dashboard app on my phone.
Digital Dakota SGI-8E Tach interface, tap into either gen 1 or 2 (they both have the post), or tap into the brown tach signal wire on the diagnostic port. (gen 1) . You can then wire in any gasoline electric tach, follow the instructions, and bingo rpm display in a CUCV. Here is my setup.
Brand new reproduction from LMC, all 3 would run $86.00 before shipping. You would still have to paint them. Also the grille would not have the cut outs for the slave plug and BO drive.
