John-
Thanks for helping to pave our roads!! Unfortunately there's not enough money left in our budget to keep plowing them! We've gotten over 28 inches of snow in the last 2 weeks...We need more of you to register your trucks in MT!! :)
Merry Christmas!

We have brand new LED marker/clearance lights on our online store. We're happy to create a multi-light package at a substantial discount. We also have front and rear LED turn signal take-offs that we can sell. PM me for a package price.
Anyone else interested and we'll offer a...

GREAT write up! ALL of our Acela Monterra's and FMTV mechanically reconditioned trucks get a rebuilt air over hydraulic pump ($250). We've found this to be the source of 90+% of the problems with hydraulic system. Next is O-rings on the manifold ("control panel"),and then O-rings...
To everyone that ordered our from our online store, please accept our sincerest apologies for delayed shipment! We had an issue with a vendor that shipped us a box of door clips that were incorrect. We didn't realize the problem until we opened the box, after orders were placed and accepted...
With much experience, I can share that it is probably not worth your time to replace the bag without the shock. The complete assembly (new airbag and integral shock) is available here. We can share experience with "partial" replacement.
Thanks!
I do not know about MaxxPro wheels fitting on FMTV...have never seen the wheels or tried to fit. I do know that MaxxPro's were built with different (Axletech) axles. Caiman I's were built on FMTV chassis with FMTV Meritor 611-series axles.
The only aluminum wheels that will fit on the FMTV are from the Caiman I's (aka "Caiman CAT 1 MRAP" or "BAE-TVS"). They have a 10-hole budd pattern. They require new lug nuts. The threaded lugs do not need to be changed out. This series of MRAP's has the exact same threaded lugs as all FMTVs...
Agreed - the LMTV/FMTV is quite capable of handling a MUCH larger/more capable plow, but there is a BIG jump in price from a "commercial" plow to a "municipal" plow. We're happy to design a mount if we have a customer that is desirous of a larger plow solution. Thanks!
Keeping the A1 instrumentation will not be possible. A0=mechanical engine=analog gauges. A1= electronic engine/J1708 bus-driven (not Can) instrumentation (some anyway). Here are two of the panels we've designed for the A1...
Nice work!
We're working towards developing mounts for other manufacturers. Demand will dictate supply!
So far we've sold five plows/mounts for the SnowEx...looking forward to developing others soon.
Thanks!
We have swapped many A0-A1 cabs...there are a number of differences to be aware of:
- Most likely there will be a difference in air fittings where they enter cab on bottom.
- Throttle pedal mounting will need to be modified/fabricated.
- The wire harness on the A1 will not fit the A0 so you...
