Just one question...are the attachment points at the firewall and hhod welded on or bolted on? (couldn"t tell)
Why not make up kits and sell them?
The siren install is not mil-spec. I wanted a siren, but I did not want the big federal fender mount type so I make my own
mounting bracket, relay assembly and mount location on the front of the ambulance.
I am in agreement with you, especially when there are numerous posts that are made to denegrate someone elses opinion instead of just stating the disagrement and reasons for differing (which is fine).
Instead, we get a mud slinging set of posts that do no one any good.

Rear step in upright position.
Rear cushion and backrest work included repair backrest boards, sand, primer, paint, install new snaps on backrest board for cover and install all new covers with pre cut foam pieces.

The step was later covered with the same rubber flooring as in the patient compartment. The bottom of the step also had velcro strips attached to hold the step seat cushion when in the up right doors closed position.
Tire carrier and rear step weld and repair
The tire carrier was missing a chunk of metal thet formed the "O" for the locking pin and the locking lever bar was worn out. Welded two peices of metal to these areas and reshaped the hole to fit the locking pin, New spring, hinge mounting bolts...
