My sad tale is that one of my batteries wasn't working well/at all, so I bought a set of new(er) ones (6TLMF). Put them in the battery tray, clamped them down, hooked them up ( front cable to pos, neg to short cable to pos, neg to ground), hopped in, hit the starter and... BOOM! :freaked...

D'oh! Man, I'm running into this situation more and more now that I'm almost done with nursing school. If I were to slow down, read and THINK for a minute, I wouldn't come up with these boneheaded responses! Well, for anyone anywhere ELSE where it snows... :)
