Unplug the black 1" square relay mounted next to the Big relay on the firewall and see if the drain goes away. Headlights will be disabled.
As soon as I get the diagrams finished ill send you a copy. Also doing a write up on how to disable the B/O switch for everyday driving.
I figured out what causes the batteries to run down when the Service switch is left on. Two relays are energized on for the headlights and one for the stop/turn lights.
Those fusible links are indeed fired. They do go to the top Positive Terminal Block.
The other two links are in the correct spot. Sometimes you have to look at all the diagrams to find all the links. The links and locations are listed in the Fusible link sticky.
Or it could be bad batteries.
Never attempt to diagnose electrical problems without fully charged and load tested batteries. You will just be chasing your tail unless you truly know the condition of the batteries.

The inspections that are being referred to are VIN inspections. Totally different that a safety inspection.
Never get legal advise from the internet. Contact an attorney.
The Air Force is the big buyer for these trucks. Although the Navy is right behind them. Many where shipped to foriegn nations.
Most of the front lift rings are bolted directly to the frame horn. There are some pictures that show the mounts.
