Did you try to unplug it ? It's a replacement item. I had to replace mine because it was physically broken inside. And mine made terrible noise going down the road. I still had a battery issue after replacing mine with a new unit. The schematics are in -24 but not sure if it brakes down...
Did you try and unplug the electric cable from the tachograph? Also These trucks are known to have a issue with drawing 12V ( I added a 12v rotary switch to my system to kill the 12v when im not using it ) Good luck finding your issue. Also check your relays. I had a burnt 1 that was powering my...
The Speedo is not electric . Its driven by a cable from the transmittion so I have no clue why it would move? Only thing that comes to mind is possible issue with the trans engage button. the only power to the spedo is for the tachograph and the lights in it. my guess is a bad tachograph.
I have a M925A1 as well and its at 120 in 3 min or less. the m923A1 was at 6 min to make a bit more than 60 psi. I found another post in my search that sounds closer to my problem . It involves a stuck check valve. I'll look into that as well as other options. If the truck sits for a hr off it...
Any updates on this ? I just picked up my m923A1 today. It takes forever to build air . If you throttle up to 1500 rpm it in about 6 min will get to 125 psi . But at idle it takes forever to reach 90 psi. If left sitting at idle the secondary pressure will hold but the primary wont. If I shut...
Do you have a slave cable? You could use it off of your m925. If it won't turn over than I'd bet you have a shorted battery ( I had 2 that kicked my but. 3 trucks with both slave and jumper cables couldn't get it to turn over ) pull the batteries out if that happens then jump it.
I did mine when I added my ac. my system charges much better. It used to idle at about 11volts. But now it now it's closer to 13v at idle. With everything on.
Are you using Wagner bulbs ? I switched mine over to leds and new er had another problem. 1 thing I have seen is a bulb blow premature due to the connection that wasn't seated all the way and would arc off and on really fast.
