Finally got around to mating my MK18A1 to my FPU. Started by disconnecting the MK14 trailer. Once decoupled, I simply drove (carefully) over to new rear. Backing up and inserting dovetail into new trailer was fairly easy. Connecting all of the air, hydraulic and electrical was simple as all are...
I got my lock outs from C&C Equipment. I think I paid about $550.00 for the set. They came with a new gasket and took 10 minutes a side to install. You will need to modify the CTIS cover-its simple however. I simply cut out a larger radius to clear the hub of the lock out. You will need to trim...

Soon.
I have been buried at work and in the middle of moving my company. One moved, I will start progress again. I did get the pneumatic eductor drain to work! No pump, just a small vacuum eductor that uses air to suck and blow waste water from shower to hold tank. I will use the air from truck...
Have a buddy that was a master cat mechanic-has experience with these engines. He has explained the shut down of these engines-something to do with injector staying open on start up. If they are not set right, you will need to crank a lot to get the engine started. The issues is an adjustment on...
