Yea if you don't have those o-rings that's deffintly your problem. UNLESS does it leak full air pressure in nuteral? If it leaks in nuteral then you have an internal problem with your new poppet valve. The shifter shaft only engaged the poppet in reverse and first
The middle port is the Exhuast port that's where you should hear the quick hiss of air being released when you shift from reverse to first or vice versa. I would try puting the gaskets and seals and spings from the new one on to the old one. Really there's not much to them as long as your balls...
Its a fleet guard filter head part number 330236700S and the filter part number is fs1006 the bolt pattern on the head is a direct fit no need to drill extra holes it fights in the large canister filter holes.
If you have a working ctis system I would leave it alone. After owning my m813a1 with no ctis I have grown to really appreciate my ctis on my m939 series. You always have correct tire pressure it lets you know if your loosing pressure and as long as you don't get a complete blow out the ctis...
yea they are not all supposed to be on only the current mode should be lit. It will flash while the system is airing up the tires and hold solid when it is finished. There was a post not to long ago that someone posted the operators manual for the ctis system.
Oh man I hope you have lots of tools with you, I always cringe a bit when I hear people say they are driving the truck home from the GL lot. How far of a drive do you have?
Yes this could very well be your problem. To verify get the air tanks filled up and shut the truck off and crawl underneath the truck and go listen to the air dryer I bet the purge valve is leaking.
