Are the bearings sealed on the m1114 style turrets? What's recommended for maintenance to keep them spinning freely, along with the other moving parts like lock and hand crank.
I believe so. It was about 10 minutes from the base. Anyone know what model this would be or who manufactures the parts for them? I think it looks cooler than even some of the slant backs with those heavy rivets on there.
I've heard Ohio is one of the easier places, but I was wondering if anyone here has purchased a hmmwv without title and was able to get it titled in Ohio.
I have TM 9-2320-280-24P-1 HMMWV Parts vol 1.pdf (and vol2) which shows the exploded parts diagrams of the turret. I assume this is the older version. Are there any TM's for the late model turret?
Would you happen to know the weight? I have one possibly lined up but I'm trying to get a shipping quote and they're wanting the weight. Do you think one unit is under 100lbs ? Maybe 50lb?
