Bleed them starting with the airpack. Then look for leaks. It might be a leaking wheel cylinder, bad master cylinder, or airpack. (or bad line). Brakes are pretty simple. I'd also build a brake bleeder.
Shoot, If I was doing that I'd take I-20 back and spend some time at Jack's in Tucson. (In fact, i'll be there again in May).:doghead:
