Bleed them starting with the airpack. Then look for leaks. It might be a leaking wheel cylinder, bad master cylinder, or airpack. (or bad line). Brakes are pretty simple. I'd also build a brake bleeder.

If your noise is when turning (like post #2); check the trunion bearing 98% sure that's it.

Well the drive train is the same so it shouldn't hurt it. I would think it wouldn't help a resale (except the 60). I'd do a dana 60 and 14 bolt.
