Whoo Hoo. I just got my paid in full invoice from a Sep 3rd sale at FT. Campbell. It was for one of the old deuces down there. Now I will set out finding some help and getting her home. All Total my euc was at battle creek for around 35 days, 1st one.
I don't have my truck yet to verify this but they look like an aviation fastener. You might try searching DZUS 1/4 turn fasteners online. I am sure someone will be around shortly who probably has some, or knows where to get them cheaper that I do.
I'll bet you don't have to. It seems to me that there is a snow balls chance in H#$^ that this will be resolved before 60 days goes by. Not to say that GL won't sit on your money as long as they can. But in the end I bet GL will be sending out a lot of checks. Then I can go find one locally...
glad someone got one. I am still waiting on mine from sale 4663, deuce 259 was nice enough to offer to help me get mine home with his and yet still nothing. I don't see myself having a long relationship with GL that is for sure.
This was exactly the idea. sorry I was not more clear. If I get this darn thing from gl then by all means I am going to title it. I was thinking If I did not get my paperwork back I might look for one with no paperwork. Although I am guessing last year when scrap was worth something most of...
just wondering. How bad does not having paperwork hurt the value of a deuce? I am currenty in the euc holding pattern like a lot of you. I bought my truck with no intent to register it (I am planning to title it should it come thru). I am really going to use it on my farm. I did't know if...
I know there are other forums this might fit in but here it is. I have a 200 gallon above ground tank I plan on keeping fuel in for my deuce (when I get my euc back). I have it on a concrete pad it is an all metal tank. do I need to ground it? I have the stuff to do it just need to know if I...
I have a question I hope is not out of place. will the michellen XL fit on a stock deuce rim? also so I have this straight if you were to run singles you would flip the hubs on the rear axles? correct?
Thanks
while sitting here waiting for my euc to come back I am planning a new equipment building for my farm. It is going to have several bays, one of which will be for the deuce. What is a good size door for getting a deuce in and out. I don't plan on having a tarp and bows if that makes a...
congrats. I won one at ft. campbell last month. I would complain about the paperwork wait but at only 15 days since battlecreek I don't feel like I have waited long enough to complain. I hate it for these guys at 50 and 55 days. Hope you enjoy your truck.
thanks for the reply's so far. I'm not worried about getting it home, I think I have a plan for that. It's the stuff that normally goes out. I use ford 9n tractors on my farm and I know what parts I keep on hand for them. The napa stuff is easy enough to get even though as has been pointed...
