    Yes. I now have it hooked up to a gallon jug of diesel. I got the electric pump on and I have fuel to the filter assembly but seems like it's not getting to the ip

    I have read somewhere that it only falls out when you take that other plate off.

    I got the pump off but the metal plunger didn't come out. In fact I can't get it out at all.

    Okay I connected my Machanical fuel pump to a water bottle full of diesel with the output end opened so it wouldn't go to the engine.. I cranked it for 10 seconds twice and had nothing come out of the outward end so I think I found my problem. I have one ordered for one day shipping with amazon...

    I am going to hook up a hose to the intake tonight and see what I can figure out. So from this pump it should go to the filter then the ip correct?

    I'm guessing the big port on the pump is the intake and the little one is out?

    I didnt put a electrical pump on at all. I am about to break down and take to to a friend that has a diesel shop.
