is this a trick question????
i am going to add a 12 volt altenator, batteries and an inverter to the box of my M109a3 and connect it to the breaker box to run the box. there will be a solar connection somewhere just have not planned that far.
in Texas you have to get a weigh ticket from a certified scale to get the first title with an sf-97. the 13,400 & 15,940 were weight tickets weights. full of fuel 1 spare and no driver on the scale. then i added 10,000 carry so what ever stupid thing i decided to do i was covered.
i do realise that a sunforce solar 60 watt system is really to much to mount on the roof of a M1009. but, here is a picture of my system. there are other systems with one 60 watt or bigger solar panel or a 20 watt i think is considered a maintainer not a charger. i hope this helps and does...
i have two of the (DieHard Marine Battery, Platinum PM-1 - Group Size 31M) on my solar system at my farm and they work great. i use 2 of the sunforce solar 60 watt systems to charge them. i also have a (Xantrex XPower 1500W Portable Solar Power Hub) that is a battery, inverter and 12 volt plug...
here in Texas the difference if you register a deauce for 2,000 load and a 10,000 load is 175.00 a year for 2,000 and 475.00 a year for 10,000. still below the 26,000 or 26,500 (not sure because i am below both) for it to be an automatic commercial vehicle. :cookoo:
my M35a2 with out winch and a full tank 13,400#, my M109a3 with out winch and also with a full tank 15,940#. i have the winch for the M109a3 but it is in my living room so the truck weighs the same. 2cents
even with out a trailer you will probable never see 15 to 20 GPM on your best day. are you looking to relace your truck or your trailer engine? if you pull the trailer alot then the m1031 would work with your job and your trailer. however, if you only pull the trailer 2 or 3 times a year...
there are awsome, i talked to some one a year are so ago about them. this is when i only had my M109a3 and was looking for a m66 ring mount. now i also have two M35a2's. what i am looking for though is one that is flat on tops like the hardtops but without the stuff on the inside so i can cut...
the lights are not added just the place to mount them and this is where i need to mount my m66 roof support ring. here is a picture (this one only has three spots most have 5)
oh yea, back to the post, let me know how the fiberglass hoods turnout i have 3 deuces and i might put one on at least one truck if price with shipping is not outragious.
all of the fiberglass cab tops that i have seen have the 5 light spots on the front instead of the flat top. i am looking for a fiberglass or full steel top that i can put my M66 cab support ring on. not just the regular hardtop. let me know if anyone has what i am looking for.
