There are ball valves in the back of the sinks. 1st sink is for washing, 2nd for rinsing, 3d for sterilizing. they are for washing dishes not food prep!

I got a 6 ft piece of good frame and a friend that builds rock buggies cut it out and welded the new piece in. . Had the jeep at the rally this year and it held fine!
