Well First off, the engine doesn't matter when you want a whistler or not. The turbo does, and the C turbo provides the sweet whistle, while the D doesn't. As for the mods, they are a good idea and i would love to see them done! If you have not yet, you can download the basic TMs from my...

$4500 is cheap :shock: retailers sell these trucks around 10k and up! also i couldn't find the make of the Allison transmission aua
