Hi. I was told by my inspection shop in MA. that trucks up to late 70s didn"t need backup lights if thay didn"t come from the factory with them.

I run aircraft landing lights on my truck. The bulbs are Q4559 600w28v 8"dia. I found housings on Ebay under landing lights. Lights are very bright long range beams, you can feel the heat from 3 feet away. If you want more PAR 64 bulbs come in a 1000w Photos 2 and 3 taken about 200ft away

Hi I have a 5 ton registered as a camper. Inspection was no problem. .Camper plates do not need a DOT inspection or CDL. I did add a license plate lite to make them happy

I just finished putting on the small ebay muffler on my 5ton. Fit perfect over the pipe. I mounted it just above the fender. I haven't taken a ride to hear how well it works maybe tomorrow

I had a m41 5 ton that would shake if the steering box or mount to frame bolts were 1/2 turn loose with a long breakerbar. That little bit made the differiece between shake and no shake. Good luck Mike

[I have a M54A2 with 1600 tires. Started at 75 psi drove fine but felt every crack in the road. Went to 45 psi in the rear an 55 psi in the front(have a 45000 pound winch on the front} drives great much softer ride. I run 34 psi in the front and 25 psi in the rear out on the beach{ see pic}.

I have a 64 M54A2 5 ton reg in Mass as a camper. I have a small sink ,porta potty and fold down bed in the back to be legal. NO CDL or dot inspection on campers is also a plus. Insurance was not a problem with camper plates.

I had a 5 ton transfer case that started jumping out of highrange. I found a broken snapring on the back of the input shaft. take the cover off the back and check it. I put a new snapring on and fix the problem.
