This is a TERRIBLE thread! I can't explain how these pictures affected me. And then there was NO explanation of EXACTLY where this place is and how they got all these jeeps, parts and stuff. :evil: Please, someone tell me the story behind this!

Roadtrips are fun. My wife and i flew into Providence a couple of years ago and took a taxi to N Attleboro, Ma to pick up an egay van we bought. 1000 miles home in an untested unseen vehicle! The spice of life! :D Have a good trip!

I have what I guess is comm shelving in the back of my 1008. It has a power cord running up front and shelves in the back. I'll take pics later when my camera batteries recharge. Since I am going to use my 1008 as a pickup I will be removing this rack and the power cord. What should i do with...

Nope, I cut and trimmed enough to make them fit with the 1" of front lift I have now. Don't rub anywhere even if I flex the wee out of it. If I'm turning hard and I bounce a bit they will brush the inner fender but literally only brush it. Moving the axle forwards an inch or so would solve...

Does this mean that I don't want to use the part# that you gave me? :shock:

Not sure. They are American Racing, but not sure after that. The tires are almost new and they drove nice. Now if I could just get a 700R4...... :cry:

Mine sure did! Even tho I had to retube the driveshaft and need to replace the tranny to TC adapter. The second looks as you drive are a real hoot! And I can already bet that directions around here will be given using "you know the guy with the Army truck" in them! :wink:

I got some cheap wheels and tires from a guy who needed quick cash. I decided to try them on the 1008. I'm not gonna keep it lilly green original anyway. I just wanna have fun!
