I get the same problem when using a cheap hvlp gun while spraying primer. I think you need a larger tip for some high solid paints. On the other hand I have a Binks pot gun with a 66 nozzle, and I can spray about anything with it. Dirt

To free the vise, remove the swivel lock bolts on either side and turn it upside down to access the (for lack of better words) ball-nut. From there you should be able to soak it with some blaster. Dirt

I love rustoleum. It is way better than rapco, or anyone else paint. I found that the primer takes a few days to cure, but then it it's ready for any paint you can throw at it. I mix the rustoleum with xylene. It flows well, but is a bitch to have to sand back off, if you screw up, so be...

Your tires will flat spot from sitting. Once you get it moving and the tires warm up, the "out of round" effect will diminish. Dirt
