    Mounting Split Rims w/tires

Well the dis-mount and mounting went very well. I did take some time spraying down the well bolts with some WD-40 the day before. Which made them come off much easier with the impact gun. The bead on the small half came off by using some spoon dollies that I use to do body work. I'm sure some...

    M925 System OPS

I replaced the air operated Brake light switch and it worked out just fine. I'm glad the brakes lights are back and working. I spent most of the day yesterday working on the Davit. The two hold down locking bolts were both rusty and frozen. On the ISO beds the Davit it mounted in the bed. The...

    Mounting Split Rims w/tires

I have the need to dismount and mount a tire on the Super Single Combat Rim. Is it a job I should send out or attempt myself. I know I'll need to replace the large " O " ring between the rims and who to get it from would be a big help. Thanks, C'dub

    Steering Wheel Removal

There are steering wheel pullers you can use. They screw into the steering wheel and a shaft bolt screws down and pulls the steering wheel off........ but if the wheel is rusty use plenty of penetrating oil over a couple of days and let it sit before trying the wheel puller. C'dub

    M925 System OPS

Hi Bruce, That could be a very good reason the speedo is off calibration because of the size of the tires. I know one of the main differences between the M925 and the A1 is the tires, but I'm basing it an A1 by the data plate in the cab. It is a little different then most I've seen. I'm just...

    M925 System OPS

She drove home very well, crusing at 60-65 so my wife says (in her Honda Civic). My speedo was saying 55-60 with the RPS's at 1900. The stearing was tight and she never wondered in the lane at all. But.........I noticed the brakes lights staying ON..........darn...!!! just something else to...
