The thought of those ramps to get your off roader up onto the duece would be real dangerous. That alone would convince me to trailer it. I agree with the other guys . Dually with a gooseneck trailer.

Both of my trucks will go dead in a week if I dont disconnect the cable. Why is this? I had a car sit for six months and it cranked over like no problem, so what drains these down when the ignition switch is off?

Next time cut it a foot longer than you need for the sawyer. Put a slanted cut on the end and it will skid over the ground much easier. Will do less damage to the terrain too. Thats a beautiful log, and will bring a nice piece of change for you.

Carmen, Did you run the engine with the new carb and fuel pump before you had the tank cleaned and sealed. Maybe the dirt from the tank is still in the float bowl on the carb and just needs cleaning out?

I am sure you are releived it wasnt the transfer case. Or could it be that tightening up on the brake silences a worn out output shaft bearing?? Thats weird. Is there any lining left on that E. brake? Metal to metal when its loose? I am just guessing. But anyway , that Ace is goood!!
