Can't hurt anything, and they are cheap. I'm a proponent of a filtering kit as well. I like the ones that use a spin on filter, but even a magnafine would be good.
I don't know about clinto, but I think many people max out their trailers, then drive over the designed speed limits. How many people tow at over 60 MPH, maxed out?
On the third video at 6:35, you'll see the piston vent and the wheel give a slight rotation. Since this sounds like a static display, I can't believe they didn't drain it.

While trying to get an old extinguisher recharged, I learned it can be hard to find anyone willing to do it, unless you have a business. Also, your cylinder will need to be within inspection dates. Just an FYI.
