i have seen them in m38,m38a1, and cj2a. i dont have the handle for mine eather. i have a small floor jack in a case i use if needed. at home the big floor jack. the photo below is for a wwii jeep took kit.
mine is a flat fender it was a m38 but has a cj2a body on it and a m38a1 motor. when i got it from my grandfather the body was rusted to the ground so i put it back together with what i was able to get my hands on at the time. i rebuilt it as a medic jeep. it ant military correct but i love it...
I was in a bad wreck before the rally last year but was able to attend and I'm glad i did i could not believe the kind and generous people who attend. even with broken ribs and a hernia i had a great time. the folks were great , the food was outstanding and i met a lot of new friends not a bad...
I hope to be able to bring my jeep this year. i need to get a rusted part on the frame fixed and a brake job, and hopefully a coat of paint. the local fire dept will be real happy if i get it back together it goes up the fire trails real nice where the nice shiny fire trucks cant go and it beets...
That guy never weighed it ! i weighed mine striped and it is 1800 lbs. your truck is a good truck but it cant do the work of a 3/4 ton truck you can add all the springs you want it dosent make the truck stronger
