Why not just go with a separate 12v alternator and battery set? I posted pics here a while back on the setup I installed and it works great!

You need an intercom system,you also have to think about what features you want. there are several ways to go, the VIC-1 is popular and some go with aircraft intercoms sets, there are several threads on this that have some great info.2cents

Actually those aren't standard quarter inch jacks, one is usually a 3 conductor for the PTT circuit. The insulator spacing between the conductor segments is not the same as a 1/4" phone jack/plug on either jack on most intercom systems. Also, the ohms for the headsets are not the same as a...

If you go to Headsets and Intercoms at Sporty's Pilot Shop you'll find all kinds of headsets and intercoms. These guys are by no means the only ones selling out there, I'm just using them as an example.

Anyone have any info or a source for the AN/UIQ-10 (I think that's the number, its been 17 years) they were a 2 element system consisting of a battery powered amp, control box, and horn speaker mounted on a pack frame, the other element was 3 more horn speakers mounted on their own pack frame.
