The picture says it all , the large stud bolts over the smaller stud, thent the outer dual bolts over that with the nut. Just make sure the large stud is tightened and you will be o.k. Left side is left hand thread, Right side is right hand thread.

I looked at the manual and it said only rpms , couldnt find speeds for shifting. There was some troubleshooting in there but you really need to see it for yourself. There is also some adjustments on the outside of the trans case for the bands. It could be many things. I think the M211 manuals...

Even in the high range? That does seem too soon. I would think thats good for the low range.

I like the paper manuals though because you can take them outside with you when you need to have them by your side .
