Good to know you. Left an answer about the dupes. Dont think the trucks had any dupes in my sale. Plus there were very few trucks, good luck and post lots of pics.
I was looking for a shop van. The dupes, were three of the first four vans that came up. One was a non-runner, wonder what it went for? Two, three and four were a dupe of two or four. Three was only seen at an angle once and had a tan body and green antenna. Two and four had no antenna and no...
Looking for a list of people to call for a Hello Wave, advice, help, a tow in that order.
Will recover in two weeks or less when the EUC clears. Will most likely make the run East on a Monday or Tuesday trying to miss any trafic.
Looking for contacts in the cities of:
Davenport IA...
Well stupid is one of the tools I find in my tool box now and then. I just find THAT OLD TOOL IN MY HAND AND SAY HELLO AGAIN, and try to recover. I have a truck 4098 lot 7517 that will be picking up as soon as the EUC does its thing. Scott the sight manager looked at it because some picks from...
We have a gasket cutter at work. Very easy and I have found I just use a micrometer and ignore the scale on the cutter. Get a sheet of some good heavy gasket material and your in buisness.
Hello Back to everyone.
Guess this is why we need to kick each others tires and listen now and then. Not so worried now but these trucks are supposed to fail total when no air is avail. The chatter is so sudden and then stops complete. Think I'm going with the under load idea.
The front of my LDT465 engine has a tap that comes and goes. Sounds like a wrist pin in the compressor connecting rod. The compressor gets its oil from the motor block and doesnt need oil? One thread mentiond it might be bearing slap on the water pump.
question: how is the compressor oiled...
My Dad has been fighting cancer and now my sister is terminal too. TUFF YEAR FOR THE FAMILY. I used to be in Submarines and have been know to get out there on the fringe so when I said guess what I purchased. They said they wanted to help with the recovery, why not? They had a blast and we...
I just made a Redstone Recovery and had great luck. Four hundred and twenty miles home and my M35A2 ran better every mile. On pick-up the truck had two flats in the rear but looked intact. The truck was started on a jump and out the gate we went to WALMRT. The truck took a gallon of antifreeze...
I called USAA after a memeber listed them. They gave me a two hundred dollar a year savings after I insured my M35A2. No stipulations two trucks and an old car cheap. They were very nice and didnt take any time.
Retired Boomer myself Maddison and Lewis & Clark. Boomers stayed out 78 days but fast attacks for all their great port calls had too little hull to much gear. Of course if we were on a Typhoon we could have had a swimming pool and sterility pay.
It's called a kiddie pool and a magnet to fish around. Find someone who generates a lot of fine saw dust. It burns and is easier to handle than kitty litter.
Going to to pick-up my first M35A2 on the 24th. Don't believe I get much time to look around but will nod at any other memebers who say hello. Driving to Indianapolis, anybody who wants to let me give them a shout for advice or help if I breakdown would be great. Will run 65 North all the way to...
