it looks like the MK18A1 hook height is pretty close to your trucks'. The photo & data for this MK1077 bed are from the Prime Portal site. Shows height of 63.7" less a couple of inches to hook. I've taken a preliminary look at putting the hook mechanism from MK18A1 onto a truck- seems like it...

I read an article where a guy moved the tires around to see if the out of round tolerances of wheels, tires & mounting could cancel each other out. Might be worth a try
