I need a metal ring that goes on the pinion shaft in a 2.5 diff. It sits behind on of the u joint flange. I have some how lost mine on the diff in rebuilding. and a m35a2 fuel pump assembly.
I have a first gen 12 Valve cummins 5.9. I got it around a year ago. I seen it run once, then removed it from the truck. I has no starter, flywheel, or fuel pump. I do have the getrag trans adapter for it. I got it to put in my mud truck but have not had the time or the money to do any thing...
I will use a da sander with some some 320 sand paper to take the paint off and to get every thing smooth. Then prime and block everything smooth and straight. I will either do the truck in black or tan and black.
I have seen a few red cummins and I wanted to do something different. I plan to paint the rocker covers black. I wanted something that would catch your eye through the inner fenders also. And yes it was duplicolor engine paint, it says good to 500. I figure that the exhaust manifold will burn...
I am around 40 miles away, if you cant find any one to haul it I probably can go get it and hold it at my house. If it runs that would be great because I have no way to tow or haul it.
I live a few miles away and have some where to park the truck. If you cant find any one to move it in time I can probably get it to my house and hold it till you can especially if it is running.
Well I have discovered a leak around the throttle shaft. I believe that might be why it has been hard to start before the pump install. Does any one have a good source for a seal kit for the PT pump?
I have been driving the truck for a couple of days now, and the difference is noticeable. It starts faster, runs smoother, and now I can run 50 with out any problems. I ran some straight diesel through it today and I cant tell the difference between WMO and diesel(except the smell). I would...
I have thinned it before and it would run fine. I just really wanted to give it the ability to run 100% if needed. I plan to do the dual fuel line mod to the truck also. I plan to do other upgrades as well so adding a fuel pump will just help.
I have been trying to run WMO in my M818. It runs fine, other than the slight haze of smoke. But I did find that the factory fuel system cant pump the thick oil. So I pulled the fuel pump out of my M35a2 and put it in my M818s drivers side fuel tank. I dont use the left side so Im not gonna...
I think the five speed spicer would be nice also. It would be real nice if used with a air actuator to control the high low function of the transfer case. The 8.3 should make enough power that the big difference in rpms from 3 to 4 would be so bad.
