Nice score Hotdog!! My better half and my neighbors think I'm starting my own motor-pool. I did warn her about the most recent purchase...she wasn't surprised at all.
There had been a SS member that had his Blazer in the early 80's Digi cammo. As you can see, he hasnt been on here in a long time. There might be a thread or two about the early digi cammo somewhere.....

All,
It is with deep regret I must report the passing of a great test pilot, gentleman and friend to many of us. Bob Smyth left us on 1/10/12. Following is the information I have received to date. Also here are a couple of links of interest for those that knew Bob. First a link to some photos...
Good stuff Bighurt!! I doubt we'll ever see the likes of the Saturn V again....I'd love to see us get out the low earth orbit rut and go somewhere.
My old man worked for NASA 58-63, and my godfather 62-75. Both public affairs officers.
Here are some links for further offical info....

Hope this helps
Va isnt too bad on MV's. I had one registered as a K5 Blazer, the DMV doesnt need to know or care that its a former MV. For it to pass Va state inspection, you'll have to get a light for your rear plate.
What part of Va are you moving to? Good luck, keep us posted [thumbzup]
According to my GPS, at 55 mph on the speedo, gps shows about 60-62. I cruise around 65 (indicated) and GPS said about 70 +/- 2. I'm so confused....Maybe my speedo is way off to begin with.
Are you running stock tires? I had to recalc my MPG after I installed 33's on the truck. I'm getting about 16 or 17. I have no idea what it would have been with stock tires...at the time, I only drove the truck once or twice before I deployed....had the tires changed while overseas.....
