These are early-80s vintage. Ford didn't switch to the metric pattern until 2007 or thereabouts. They'll fit on an M116a3 just fine. If you need some tires right away I also have a pair 0f 16.5" Dodge wheels with some Power King 9.5-16.5 bias ply highway tires on them. Would make great trailer...
