Is the only difference between the two that one is liquid cooled, and newer (803) vs air cooled and older (003)??

I believe it is or was used to keep an item from sliding out the back if traveling up a grade... if not then maybe for ramps... just my 2c...

Yep... tried this... It worked on my brother's trailer, but not on mine. Has been soaking for a few days now, might try it again before driving over to Kenny's. Worst case, another drive of the truck... darn ;)
