The whole thought of something major made me test the transmission. I may be off on this evaluation but in park and neutral the gearbox shaft spins free. When I put it in reverse it tries to roll backwards with just my hand spinning the shaft. Both low and high try to move the machine forward...

Thanks for the throttle pedal number. Just yesterday that same thought entered my mind, of a major issue before stripping. Especially after looking at so many govplanet sold ones photos. There were many stripped of the same parts. I still got this for $5k less than the cheapest running unit so...

One more thing...for now. They robbed my throttle pedal. Do you have access to to that number?

Thanks for all them electrical shematics. With all that electrical information in them photos one should be able to figure out any wiring issues. At least in the fuseblocks. That four color camo on that Humvee looks great!

Thanks a lot. I havnt straightened out the previous mess yet. Some of the breakers were half in place when I first looked in. I just removed a few to show the way the relays can be put anywhere. All Polaris had to do is put the labels on the inside of the lid. I ordered new breakers after...

Here is a picture with two rows removed. I did notice the small numbers denoting the connection post numbers on the pics of the fuse/relay locations. Would anyone happen to have a chart denoting what the post numbers apply to? I saw one on a civi polaris rzr site but that wouldn't apply here on...

That's exactly what I thought my whole life until popping these polaris fuseblock covers off. A person can not only incorrectly put them upside down but one also could put them where fuses go or half a row over even. Its just rows of connectors.

Okay, that is extremely helpful!! Anyone know if it matters which one of the two relays goes where. I see 1617 and 1645 numbered relays in my boxes. I suppose just put them all so the writing is bottom to the front?

Alternator and drive belt were achievable. Got last new oem alternator a seller on ebay had (on buy it now status) for $200 less than any others I saw. It looks very hard to find the clutches or the fuseblock label. Not a photo on the web of the label that a google lens search or the part number...

Thank you very much for finding that model number. Primary and secondary clutches, drive belt, alternator, and the fuse block label from under the seat if available. Maybe more later as I go along

I did create an account but cannot find the model number under "my garage". Wanting to verify a couple of items before purchasing them but I am unsure of fitment. Clutches w/ belt, alternator, fuseblock (under the rear seat) label, plus more I am sure.
