All runflats I think. The 5 tons when I was in had the selector to go from sand to mud and flat with push of button. Those must be something similar! Great shots though!!

Just found out that a guy named Rob Sanchez has a kit. If you e-mail him at rsan@ackits.com and ask about the military M1009 conversion kit he will know what you are talking about and sell you one at @$1,100 but it is supposed to have all you need. At least that is what they say. Have not got it...
Well that is helpful. In the 82-83 models were there special lines or hose clamps for hooking up. I am looking to replace the box filter on an 85 or 86 model.
Whats the best fuel filter (screw on ) kit to get for the CUCV? What size fittings will I need? And will it require extra hose? If anyone can help narrow this down for me I would appreciate it!

Wow small MV world. So you were the one that got that one. We got the one with leaking fuel pump with 90,000 miles. We are already gearing up to possibly change IP and maybe change over fuel filter to screw on type.
