Sitting at the truckstop on I-95 in GA at exit 1. Recovry4x4(Kenny) drove his duce from West Palm Beach to tow me back to WPB. Kenny's duce was leaking a little oil but made the trip home. Thanks Kenny.

Then it happen. Bad luck again. The glow plug on the drivers side rear cyl broke while I was driving down I-95. Next thing heard was a knocking sound. Pulled over and turned off the truck.

Talk about bad luck, my oil cooler line had a pin hole and was spraying oil. Called all the parts places and no one had any. Chevy dealer said they could order them but would take 4 days. So I took the plugs that came with the 6.5 engine and pluged the holes in the block.

Pictures of the new HMMWV 6.5 engine that was installed in my CUCV. Needed parts were taken off my bad engine. The 6.5 oil pan fit perfect in the truck. The 6.2 oil pan would not fit on this 6.5 block.
