Seriously considered swaping the bed. But, axles and springs would have to be swapped, then frame would need reinforced, and vin on the frame would not match. So doing it the hard way.
Video is up(see first post)
Gasser and all parts, including body parts, is being stored. Maybe the next...
Here's the thread on the first time around.

So, after finding out the gasser engine had a bad rear seal, and a bad head gasket, I moved up the timeline on installing a Multifuel.
So truck is getting...
I believe the freeze plug problem is fixed. Replaced all the ones I could, including the one facing the firewall, on the cylinder head. Used napa plugs, and sleeve retaining loctite. Holes were squeaky clean for install. Took on a long drive and no problems. No bubbling in the radiator...
Is that good or bad Gimpy?
I'm pretty pissed at Napa. They don't believe in carrying more than one plug at a time. Advance auto had 10.
So I am determined to not pull the heads. So I made a plate on the surface grinder to fit between the cylinder heads. .058" thick. Couple thousand's slop...
This coming from you after your last adventure?
If you knock the crap out of them, the freeze plug falls inside the block.
This happened after I replaced all the freeze plugs.
Going to napa and getting more plugs, and new radiator cap. The ones from advance auto seemed a little loose...
Just replaced head gasket/turbo/freeze plugs on the Multi.
Drove about 7 miles and a 2" freeze plug popped out. Replaced it and a 1" freeze plug popped out, about 12 miles down the road. Truck sat for 6 hours between drives. Truck didn't run hot or boil over.
I thought they fit okay, had to...

I win! Tried to drive it out from the bottom. 3/8 hole, used a bolt with a hole drilled in the end to fit over the tip of the injector. All I did smash the heck out of a grade 8, 3/8 bolt.
Took the return line fitting off the top, and drilled/tapped for 1/2 bolt. Put my LARGE slide...
Thanks for the ideas guys. I do have some spare injectors, but still going to try and save this one. I'll soak it and build a adapter for my slide hammer...

Stuck injector - I WIN!
Doing a head gasket replacement on a the mulit in my cargo... it was getting bad about leaking oil.
Anyways, one of the injectors is STUCK. As in ain't moving. I can twist it with a cheater bar and 18" crescent. Tried prybar, and put a tie rod separator under it...

Can motor is tagged as having head leak.
Gasser motor also developed a head leak. Went to pull the pan on the gasser motor to get at the rear main seal, and had antifreeze in it. Motor runs great, until you run down the road with it, then the radiator overflows, main seal pukes, and...
Fired up the can motor I got from miltrucks for the first time today. Had to put an injector pump, lines, and injectors on it. Got the timing right on the first time, yay!
Took 3 sets of cheap jumper cables to start it. Was trying to melt just one or tow sets.
93 motor, ldt-465-1d, made by...
