    Deuces little friend

The Honda 5hp we offer does not have electric start standard, nonetheless it is a great engine! It is currently available on our RANGER model (our most cost effective bike). I really do like the Kohler 7hp 208cc, it has plenty of power and comes standard with both pull and electric start. It's a...

If anyone has any questions about ROKONs just PM me, I work at the factory! I actually helped build the bike in that video, and I gave it the break-in test ride before we shipped it to Tim. Nice bike you have there!

    2 1/2 ton & 5 ton trail ride-Weare Rally weekend

I think I'm going to make it this year, I would love to join the trail ride Matt! I'm probably going to bring the MEP-002A and M116A2 trailer and I might have the M66 installed too. Anyone in NH interested in organizing a convoy to/from the rally?

    Battery Tray Restoration

Hey fellas! Well I finally had enough of my rotted battery tray. The batteries were flopping around and the movement caused so much wear on the cable lugs that it started arcing when I went to start it. There wasn't enough material left to hook a ratchet strap or even a bungee cord! So this...

    Death of a Multifuel

You're right!! It is gear oil, it stinks just like it! I'm not sure why it was so black, it's fresh from the swap. Maybe it picked up old grease and clutch dust from the bell housing? -GM

    Death of a Multifuel

Well after almost 8 months I'm back on the road! This weekend I got the trans back in, adjusted the clutch and went for a ride! She ran better than I ever could have expected; more power, better throttle response and excellent clutch response. She is running like a new truck. It smelled pretty...

    Death of a Multifuel

I found one of those broken in half on top of my front axle. I'll take a look at the others and post some photos of what I find. I got the trans back in today, hoping to have her on the road tomorrow afternoon! (fingerscrossed) -GM

    Death of a Multifuel

Fixed the relay today, something to keep an eye out for. Not sure if it was when I was removing it or installing it but I spun the control stud on the top. I spun it enough times to twist the wire inside the cap and cause it to break off at the solder point. Quick fix, pulled the cap and...

    Death of a Multifuel

Well I should update everyone on my progress in the last few days. On Saturday I went and got the Dodge (which has been sitting in my shop with the new engine in the back since I went to pick it up a few months back) and drove it home. My new exhaust/turbo gasket and T/O bearing had come in and...

    Death of a Multifuel

Thanks Matt, I am going to see how deep the flywheel bolt holes are and how deep they are threaded. It isn't the bolts that are stripped it's the tapped threads in the flywheel. If I can get away with using a longer bolt to catch some undamaged threads deeper in the holes than it may be as...

    Death of a Multifuel

Thank you for your reply sir, first let me elaborate on the bolts that are failing. I did locate the proper torque for the pressure plate to flywheel bolts (25 - 27 ft lbs) but only after I had already stripped out the flywheel. The bolts are grade 5 9/16ths bolts that are about 1 1/2" long with...

    Death of a Multifuel

Dont think these specs are correct, didn't get anywhere near that before I stripped out two pressure plate mounting holes on the flywheel. Don't know what the heck to do now! Heli coil? Longer bolt? Wider bolt?

    Death of a Multifuel

Quick question for anyone who knows. My new multi has the red paint on the flywheel face and the pressure plate disc, do I need to remove that paint completely before I install the clutch or is it ok to leave it on? I have heard conflicting opinions. -GM

    Death of a Multifuel

So made some more progress today, removed the starter and took apart the turbo. I also dropped the trans, I removed the tailshaft, clutch, and pto linkages yesterday. The transmission removal proceedure that I used is outlined in the following thread...

    Death of a Multifuel

Can anyone point me to where I might find the torque specs for: A. Valve cover bolts B. Pressure plate bolts C. Turbocharger mounting nuts

    Death of a Multifuel

Made some progress on this job today. Started out early with coffee and donuts, had a lifelong buddy over for the help and company. We started by first dropping a side of the bed and turning it into our workbench. We drained the remaining oil and coolant from the block and radiator, saved the...

The ring is off the truck right now but I will have a plate installed before I put it back on this summer.

Installed the M66 and convoy lights (pics)

I haven't seen any lately, typically they range in value (complete bolt on) for between 1000 and 3000. You may find some for less, or more than that. It all depends on overall cosmetic and working condition. A NOS kit will be on the higher side where a ring that is rusted, broken, or siezed will...
