roughroad You have the M149A2 it only came in stainless steel, your tank has about a 3 to 4 inch fiberglass mat surounding it. Some M149A2 didn't have the extra insulation so those look rounder. Wayne

The tanks at White Owl are the fiberglass tanks. If the lids interchange (I don't think they will) I have one tank like those in South GA for 200.00. Wayne
What you need is a Georgia tag registration in your name then La would issue you a title. I don't know the legal requirement for residence, maybe you can "rent" a address for a day or two and then you "move" back to La. IMO Wayne
You'll need to find some carriage bolts, at very least for the ones in contact with the canvas. Those square head will wear holes very quickly in a cover. Wayne
