    M35A2 Recovery in So-Cal

$500 from Mark is not bad considering fuel costs and the Cali cops are watching all commercial vehicles and ticketing for the biggest BS and those tickets run in the thousands. Towing like what was pictured is a sore thumb asking to be pulled over, not that it was illegal just that the cops...

    Best Gear shift knob

I like a manual but that twin stick thing is a little to much. I go from my M35 to my m151 to my mustang and every time have to stop and shift gears in my head to remember what I am driving and even then still go from 3rd to 5th in my M35 and can't ever remember where reverse is. That Mack is...

    7.3L international in a deuce?

YkDave If you didn't like the 7.3 IDI in a 6000 lb truck why would you put into 13000 lb truck? Sounds like a lot of work for a motor you are not impressed with.

Family User Friendly M109 Camper/ Bug Out Vehicle Pics

Great build! After owning and selling a Lance Camper w/ built in oven and stove I would never go that route again. Coleman stove is all I own now, can use inside but always crowded, set it up outside have elbow room and your bunk doesn't end up smelling like last nights trout supper.

    tilt steering

If you are careful you do not need to remove the cluster. If I remember you only have a clip and small screw that holds the gear indicator cable to the skirt on the column. If you have truck in park just lower column a couple inches and you can reach the cable. As you lower column watch gear...

    Rebuilding a Multifuel

I keep reading these posts on this thread and when you folks are talking about the rebuilt motors you are buying it sounds like they are gov't rebuilt and then installed in the trucks buy Uncle Sam then sold at auction and then you are buying them from a private individual who has parted out the...

Gl put my purchase in the abandonment section

I have had multiple items from different events at the same location, Barstow. The first items sat 2-3 weeks before the later items came up for auction and then went to p/u. I just called and they allowed me to make a single trip for all items. The key I think is to call and let them know...
