The part # on the manufacturers tag ( in GL pics ) is identical to the tag on my Duece hardtop , even the same year 1986 . Hardtop came on my M35 W/ winch I got out of redstone a few months ago . The tops are NICE . They are for a Duece .
Goverment paid $ 475 they went in the $ 560 - $ 600 range . First time I have seen the gov , not loose thier arss. A good deal when you consider what some guys are wanting for beat up used ones .
I beleive his Avatar gave me that same thought . I am an auto painter , I am not to paticular about spelling as long as I can figure out what they are trying to say . I guess I better get up there quick after he gets a hold of it to keep the mud to a min. I would hate to pick the truck up...
Looks like westech is going to be able to help me out . I will keep Poofs info as backup .
Thanks for the help guys .This will be a big load off my shoulders trying to figure out just how I will get it home . So far it looks like it will go much smoother then the recovery of two A2's from...
Poof ,
I just won the bidding on thur. July 29th . This is my second EUC in three months , so I would assume it will clear pretty quick , but I guess you never know with Battle Creek . Sounds like your location would work well for me since it will put the truck closer to me . PM sent .
Thanks...
In the pics on gl the truck was running and looked like it was driven into position just for photos . Also said driven onto lot .
Westech , if we could get it to your place that would put the truck closer to me . This will be my second EUC in about 3 months , so I would assume this one will...
Looking to get a M35A3 transported from Sparta to Springfield IL . about 350 miles . Would also be interested in someone close to Sparta that could recover it and store it for a week until I could come up on a weekend to Drive it home .
Thanks,
Joe
Gimpyrob , could you explain in more detail . Is it the bead style of the tires . I would think that 395's would be the same as 14.5's other than the width . I just bought an A3 and do not like the way the 14.5's look like they are tucked inside the bed and fenders to far. I was wanting to put...
After looking at a few trucks in private hands and listening to a bunch of lies I bought two trucks from GL with no preview . Both trucks are drivable , dead batteries was the only reason thy would not run . One truck had a leaky oil seal on rear axle , one truck had leaky boot on front axle ...
I don't understand what your worried about , I am sure you will find someone to ride in it . My two M35A2 arrived about a month ago , I told the wife I was getting one . I soon will have a M35A3 on the way , I will tell her about that when it shows up .
I though if heat was needed I would remove the valve stem . I had a feeling I was doing something wrong , In my readings here on SS I had never come across anyone having this problem . I will also give this site credit for me seeing the tire explosion vid . Went to Harbor frieght and picked...
