Ran into another problem. I primed it by pressing the button until stiff, then a couple extra. The line you see in the picture leaks diesel under the pressure. If you look close you can see the fuel line looks dry rotted almost.
Ill try this after work today. The Draft is tonight and I won't be missing that being an OSU fan so Ill try again after work and with your recommendations to get it running.
I do know there's fuel in the tank because I topped it off with fresh diesel.
Following the TM 20-1 I am now check resistance on K24 relay and have found it to be a little low.
I jumped ahead and didn't need to test the relay anyway.
It will crank when it's jumped. I will check the next couple things and report back.
I rechecked the coil with button pressed and I'm not seeing anything.
Been so busy doing yard work since the weather has been amazing I never did reconnect the batteries and try to jump it yet. Hopefully I will get some time after work today to tinker.

Never apply oil based paint over latex, it's latex over oil. I'm not sure who you talked with about that but people have been putting latex over oil for a long time since the VOC rating has became more strict.
Since this seems to be the main Behr paint page I'll keep it updated. My goal with my truck was to match the doors/top/turn/brake housing color. I went with Desert Tan under the Federal Standard list. Here is the code for a gallon that I used and also the black I used for the grill.

Honestly there's not many around. You could literally ask whatever you want for it. Also there's already been some threads on the ambulance bodies.....and I started one of them that has pricing in their so a simple search would have brought you to it. No need to get worked up..
