The dog house is currently at Andrews house awaiting to be picked up. Don't think a mini van can pull a m750. Although a Prius did pull a 5 ton, so anything is possible.
Ouch, that hurt so much. The Prius met its demise the same weekend the het did. Got ran off the road. Prius vs wire barrier, let you guess who won.
Talked it over with the wife. I'm going to bypass the box to get it back out to my grandfathers farm, and I'm going to come to the rally that...
I know I could bypass it but I fell safer with it there as a safety barrier. Also if I were to bypass it I would have to remember to disconnect it to remove power to the truck every time I turned it off. I am a forgetful person, and I could see dead batteries in my future bypassing it.
I know...
As hard as this is for me to type it looks like I will not be able to make the rally. Working on the truck today I went to start it and on the second turn over I heard a sizzling sound and dead in the water. After looking at the schematic and using my super hearing I have determined that my...
I figured I would make a list for those who need it.
The frequiencies for FRS, GMRS, MURS, & CB were copied right from the FCC website.

145.5000 No PL Noted
Green Radio Frequency:
51.0000 MHz (PL to talk via ham radio is 151.4) NATO PL is 150.0

Just got off the phone with Durhamtown as I was a little worried they hadn't charge my card yet for my reservation. Was told they will most likely do them tomorrow. So if you have a reservation and haven't been charged yet, give them a couple more days, they seemed real busy when I called...
I don't know how your seeing this issue all over the site, I just posted this today right here.
In the rally thread I mentioned I might not go because of the ip issue.
Yes I put a lift pump inline with it. Unless it is a paper seal there the lift pump didn't cause this.
I noticed the...
I'm going to look at the parts breakdown this evening.
Going to cap it so I can move it at least and I'll try to find a diesel shop that does the nh cummins ips
Tomorrow I'm going to inspect all 10 tires on the truck and gauge whether to hold on the swap right now. I want to spray the cab with dawn and get the old tac cable out and at least get the wiring done. Ordered a pressure control switch to turn on the fuel pump at 10 psi and shut it off at 32...
Truck is in LA, I flew down yesterday and starting working on it this morning.
I'll look in the yellow pages. I'm also tempted to take all 7 tires with the new rims to a shop and have them switch them over, all though I know that will cost me a couple hundred.
Alright, I'm going to post this now as it is up in the air.
It looks like I need to dive into my ip and with only divining myself 5 days to mount the tires and add the wiring I'm not 100% sure I will be able to do the ip. Finding a shop to do it is a possibility, finding one is the issue. We do...
So after removing the primer and plugging the ports I finally found out where the fuel was coming from. The tac cable.
Normal?

I know I need to lower the pressure on the pump and put a bypass for when the pressure gets to high but this just seems odd to me.
