    5ton winch repairs?

    Get a copy of TM 9-2320-260-34-2-4 It nas all the info to do all the wenchs. It covers Winch, Hoist, Crane, and Power Takeoff. I had to work on my power divider. With a copy of this TM had no problems. Geter done.

    I used to pick up fire truck chases at Charlotte,MI . All they got in there was the tube they pot all the rest to make a truck like that. They also built motorhome chase. Really something to see how they arw built from just a pile of steel and all ti a finshed truck,

    New 809 series straight exhaust stack

    Why? Stright will let more water down it, that causes rust then you need new pipe. More money that could be used for other parts. Could put a flapper on it.

    Try the rear one on a 816 now they are a barrel of fun. Nice to get out . I just love to take apart half the truck to get at what is wrong. Still love these trucks.

    Will be no reading unless you are pumping the thing . That is why you buy Tm's when you buy a pice of equipment. Come on people . Get eith the program.

    5 ton rpm

    If it got any hoses in fuel system before the filter check to see if they have any cracks . My 816 wouldn't start, went to checking the lines found dry rot had gotten there. Replaced all the hoses end of the stsrt problems.
