this is a very tricky subject. example 1 you have a very wide tire 36". it has a lot bigger traction patch, but low ground pressure (or like the duals on the rear) example 2 you have a skinny tire, it has a very small traction patch, but a lot of ground pressure which one is better? how can...

I always thought that because of the reverse idle the gear ratio was just a tad lower in reverse than first. Is this true?????
