I had no issues with getting my deuce done up. It has antique tags. Not too sure about a 5 ton though. The only advice I can give you is call your local revenue office and speak to the supervisor and explain what you have and what options are there. I will give you an email address for...
Yeah I know a member on here has done it. Do a search and see what comes up. Look on EBay as well because there is always one listed on there. You could always get into contact with that seller.
I was totally unaware of this thread until I started to start my own about the same exact discovery :) I am also having some starting issues and from what I have seen of this manual, it will be a great tool to use if my starter is toast.
I'll loosen it up and take it apart to see. When we are saying "insert" I'm assuming the ferrule that helps it to seal. I'm sure if that is is what it is then I will pick some up at Home Depot or something.
It's a great idea!!! I have thought about doing this as well. I have even suggested it to a couple of members a while back. I was thinking of putting a solenoid on there with a toggle switch in the cab but a manual ball valve will work just the same. I need to add this to my growing list of...

Here are some pictures of my pump setup that I bought along with a few mods done to it. I bought a 12 volt setup from Redline. I added the piping. I have a straight run and a filtered run. I am still thinking of adding more filters to the filter side though. I am planning on extending the...
Looks like I will be doing the boots on the camo coupe. I looked under there today and they need to be replaced. I'm going with the solid boots on this one. I went with the zippers on the other deuce about a year ago without any problems but for comparison sake(for myself), I will try the...
Wow... You should get some good responses on this one. I've got 2 so I'm doing different things to both.
This is just on one truck.
Here is what I have done:
1. Added Walmart Driving lights on the back for backing up at night.
2. Turn signal relay mod
3. Axle vent tubing to central location...
I would say it depends on who you are and what you want. I think it is a good deal since I am wanting a 5 ton tractor. Plus he is offering 2500 along with the trade.....
